Question 1: Can I buy a custom cap with our own logo?
Answer: Absolutely Yes!
Question 2: Can we get a sample free of charge?
Answer: Since our caps & hats are becoming more and popular, many customers ask for free samples. Normally our samples are free of charge if less than 3pcs (those we made before), while the express freight will be collected by your side.
Question 3: How long will a sample get ready? How can I make a payment for samples?
Answer: It’ll take about 7 days for a simply design. But it’ll take a little bit longer for complicated ones, such as digital print fabric, embossed logo. We accept payments by T/T or Western Union.
Question 4: How about your production lead time?
Answer: It depends on the order quantity and complexity. Normally it takes about 30 days after deposit received and sample approved.
Question 5: What’s your option for small orders?
Answer: Except for some material having mini quantity limitation, we accept the MOQ 100pcs per design per color.
Question 6: How do you control the quality?
Answer:
We have our own QC team focusing on 4 processes.
1)Fabrics and trims checking before production, such as fabric composition, color fastness of washing, ect.
2)Logo patches checking before production, such as embroidery or printing color, embroidery trim clean, ect.
3)Sewing process checking.
4)Finished caps checking after steam ironing while before packing.
Question 7: What’s the packing standard?
Answer: Normally for 5 or 6 panel caps: 25pcs/polybag/inner box, 150pcs/carton.
Carton dimension 58cm x 45cm x 56cm = 0.146CBM/CTN. G.W. :16KG/CTN.
Question 8: What’s the shipping method?
Answer:
1)By Courier. (DHL, UPS, FedEx and TNT door to door express takes around 5-7 days for arrival)
2)By Sea. (Air port to air port, which around 3-4 days for arrival)
3)By Air. (Sea port to sea port, which takes around 15 to 30 days for arrival)
Question 9: Can you tell me your usual payment terms?
Answer: 30% deposit and balance against copy of B/L.
